Berklee is hosting its 5th Annual Official CMJ Music Marathon Showcase Friday, October 21, 7:00 p.m., at Bowery Poetry Club in New York and is looking for exciting up-and-coming alumni acts to feature in the show. This is an official Berklee-sponsored showcase and is only open to acts that include alumni of the college.

The deadline to submit is September 5, 2011.
Submissions will be reviewed by Berklee College of Music and acts submitting to this listing will not be considered for other CMJ showcases. Bands will be notified by September 19, 2011.
Artists selected to perform will receive CMJ artist badges. Submissions are open to acts from all over, but acts in or around NYC are preferred as travel is not provided. Preference also given to bands who have not previously performed at a Berklee CMJ Showcase or SXSW Party. There will be a total of 5-6 band and/or solo acts from a variety of genres featured.
